Customer Experience Representative

- Promptly meeting and greeting customers
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments with customers
- Determining the nature of customer problems; may make road tests or visually inspect vehicles
- Creating Repair Order Requests detailing services to be performed or merchandise to be sold
- Explaining warranties, options, pricing, etc., to customers
- Obtaining customer approval for services before delivering orders to service personnel
- Reviewing completed repairs or services performed with customers and collecting payment
Requirements:
- High school graduate or comparable vocational training
- Knowledge of computerized sales and marketing software
- Knowledge of auto/truck tire, lubrication, and maintenance issues
- Experience using Mitchell Repair, Activant, All-Data, and vehicle service manuals to research and determine malfunctions
- 2+ years experience in a retail environment, preferably auto/truck tire, lubrication, and maintenance
- Retail customer service and customer relations experience
