Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect to lead the technical aspects of Salesforce CPQ implementations for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ solutions, architecture, design, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions that meet client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration plans.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce CPQ features, technologies, and trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce CPQ implementations.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ architecture, design, and development.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or Salesforce Certified Application Architect are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community/Experience Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce CPQ projects on time and within budget.
