Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, configure, and sustain the company's HRIS and related systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for resolving system issues, addressing user inquiries, and providing technical assistance to HR personnel.
  • Collaborate with IT and external partners to execute system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.

  • Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, company policies, and best practices in data management and security.
  • Monitor system access and permissions, conduct audits, and implement controls to protect sensitive HR information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HR systems and analytics.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for process enhancements, system optimizations, and innovations to drive efficiency and improve the employee experience.
  • Participate in projects and assignments as part of a larger team.
  • Conduct thorough analyses, perform research, and draw meaningful conclusions regarding potential impacts on job areas.
  • Create, modify, and maintain procedures, process flow charts, and reports using various reporting and presentation tools.
  • Develop, document, and maintain best practices, project standards, procedures, quality objectives, and lessons learned, including metrics for assessing progress; ensure that application systems are developed in compliance with architectural standards and established methodologies.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Workforce Management Software and Payroll Software (such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, Kronos, ADP, etc.) is required.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of technical, process, and business principles, along with industry practices and standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential employee data.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
