Job Title: Quality Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team at Procter & Gamble's Auburn manufacturing site. As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and meeting regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily packet review and approval of release paperwork and results
  • Execute regulatory testing, Syngyna absorbency, and Print Verification procedures
  • Lead quality-related loss elimination processes
  • Drive capability through new hire training and coaching of line teams on quality work processes
  • Execute organic material release and disposition processes
  • Support regulatory audits, internal assessments, and participate in annual customer shelf quality audits
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to learn computer systems like Quality Windows Veeva, RTCIS, Proficy, and SAP
  • Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of independence
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail
  • Able to work flexible shifts as required by business need
