We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Lam Research. As a key member of our Global Products Group, you will play a critical role in driving excellence in business operations, quality, and product development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tools and methodologies for performance management and predictive modeling to drive business growth and improvement.
- Design and develop dashboards for product management and executive teams to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Lead and advise on multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including quality, install, and warranty, and inventory program managers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the company.
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience; or master's degree with 5+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong understanding of business operations and process improvement.
- Basic knowledge of AI and machine learning, with the ability to work with data scientists to apply these technologies to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement solutions to complex business problems.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, and the ability to develop and maintain dashboards to inform business decision-making.
- Experience in semiconductor fabrication, semiconductor equipment operations, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to change processes and methodologies for capturing and interpreting data.
- Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies, such as PDCA, DMAIC, and quality tools.
- Knowledge of programming environments, such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL.
