Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Coaching Program Manager to lead our Family Coaching & Visitation program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, staff supervision, and trauma-focused treatments.

About the Role: As the Coaching Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative management of the program, including supervising program staff, recruiting, training, and supporting them. You will also establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external stakeholders, ensure contract compliance, and manage budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise program staff and oversee the delivery of evidence-based services
  • Recruit, train, and support program staff
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external stakeholders
  • Ensure contract compliance and budget management
  • Cover for program staff and supervisors as needed

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services and at least 3 years of experience in program management and staff supervision. Experience implementing trauma-focused treatments is preferred.

Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and work-life benefits. Our salary range is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
