About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and result-driven Human Resources Director to join our talented team. Based out of our Torrington Connecticut location, you will collaborate closely with the business to deliver strategic guidance and hands-on support across various HR disciplines, including talent management, employee relations, coaching, development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, and training.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee relations, administer performance systems, ensure legal compliance, and oversee benefits, payroll, and HRIS operations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, working closely with site management, regional shared service, and global HR process owners.
- Act as a key change agent, supporting organizational design, growth, and restructuring processes.
- Facilitate the performance management process at the site, including goal setting, feedback, and employee development plans.
- Identify training needs and individual executive coaching needs, and participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently at the site level, and stay updated with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide strategic direction for employee benefits programs, payroll processing, and HRIS activities, ensuring compliance with legal standards and overall business objectives.
