Job Overview

At Yach's Body & Custom, we're seeking an experienced Automotive Refinish Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collision repair team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional results to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate color matching and preparation of damaged areas for painting
  • Perform refinishing to customer vehicles to pre-loss condition, adhering to industry best practices and quality standards
  • Assist other departments as needed and maintain a clean work space
  • Diagnose and report any additional damage found during the refinishing process
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 5 years of automotive painting experience and high school diploma or equivalent
  • Goal-oriented and able to meet and exceed performance goals
