As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be an exceptional communicator who maintains a positive demeanor even in challenging situations. Your Objective
Your primary aim will be to provide outstanding service to our clients, ensuring they have a memorable experience and are motivated to return to our dealership.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Coordinating service appointments and enhancing client retention within our service departments.
- Playing a crucial role in driving traffic to our business.
- Thriving in a fast-paced, process-oriented work environment.
- Handling all incoming calls with an upbeat and positive attitude, ensuring a friendly interaction with clients.
This is a full-time position with a flexible work schedule from Monday to Saturday.
Dress Code: Business Casual
Physical Requirements
While performing the responsibilities of this role, team members are regularly required to communicate effectively. Frequent standing, walking, and using hands for various tasks are necessary. This position may require occasional lifting of office supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Work Environment
The role is situated in a typical non-smoking office setting, operating within a professional atmosphere. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines will be utilized regularly.
