Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Farmers Insurance- Quanzee Johnson. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales of our products and services.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to deliver prepared sales talks and read from scripts that describe our products or services. They will also be responsible for contacting businesses or private individuals by telephone to solicit sales for goods or services, explaining products or services and prices, and answering questions from customers.

  • New Business Development: Generates new business opportunities and drives sales of company products and services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develops and executes effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Builds strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Has in-depth knowledge of our products and services and can effectively communicate their features and benefits.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some previous work-related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persuasion and active listening skills.
  • Service orientation and social perceptiveness.
