Essential Qualifications: This position necessitates extensive experience in engineering roles, particularly in the installation, migration, and restoration of Microsoft servers, network support, Active Directory, cloud infrastructure, and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving support incidents through a blend of in-office and remote work.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years in an IT engineering or consulting capacity.
  • At least 2 years of interactive customer support/service experience in a professional services setting.

  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States.

Technical Expertise:

  • Advanced proficiency in various aspects of the Microsoft O365 platform, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting, with a focus on SharePoint.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft server and workstation technologies.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud infrastructures.
  • Advanced knowledge of server virtualization technologies.
  • Familiarity with security technologies or multi-factor authentication.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of networking, including firewalls, switching, and wireless technologies.
  • Experience with storage technologies.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for improvement for clients.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies such as Microsoft, Cisco/Meraki, VMware, or Okta are advantageous.
