We are seeking a skilled Open Enrollment Specialist to join our team and assist in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have prior experience in sales or open enrollment, with a strong understanding of benefit plans and their offerings.

Key responsibilities include attending benefit fairs, wellness events, and open enrollment meetings, educating customers about our benefits and plan offerings, and engaging with customers (Employers, prospective/existing members, and brokers).

Travel is required, including visits to SHP Sites for material pickup/drop-off.
