Senior Manager of Enrollment and Services

As the Enrollment and Technical Support Section Chief, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and overseeing the training, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating the activities of the Section. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to improve the enrollment process and reduce errors. Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams and oversee the training, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating the activities of the Section
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the enrollment process and reduce errors
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and effective communication
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with other departments
- Experience working with Medi-Cal providers and other stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
