Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our Event Team at Clearwater Marine Aquarium. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and break down bars in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with bar backs to ensure seamless service
  • Provide exceptional customer service and attention to detail
  • Clean and maintain the bar area after events
  • Record inventory and balance sales
Requirements
  • 2+ years of bartending experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of mixed drinks and upscale service styles
  • TIPS certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 40 lbs
Work Environment

This is a part-time hourly role with competitive pay and benefits. You will work primarily at Clearwater Marine Aquarium, with occasional travel to other locations. We offer a flexible schedule, daily meals, and opportunities for advancement.
