Orthopedic Device Representative

Job Title: Medical Device Sales Associate
Estimated Annual Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
Sales Activities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and other device users.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments.
- Provide product education and training to customers, prospective customers, and patients.
- Assist with equipment delivery, setup, follow-up, and service as needed.
Sales Territory Management
- Develop and execute a business plan to meet and exceed financial, market, and product portfolio goals.
- Maintain accurate records using SalesForce to track contacts, opportunities, targets, and outcomes.
- IDentify, qualify, and cultivate new sales opportunities and manage leads effectively.
- Schedule and prioritize time for effective territory coverage.
Customer Relationship
- Build and maintain key customer relationships to achieve account objectives.
- Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond promptly to customer needs and concerns to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Competitive Selling
- Identify and pursue competitive opportunities to convert business.
- Defend against competitive threats to minimize losses.
- Understand underlying problems affecting organizational or individual performance.
Leveraging Resources
- Demonstrate efficient use of company resources to produce desired results.
- Utilize sales education resources strategically.
- Leverage marketing department resources and materials available.
Administrative
- Accurately complete and submit required paperwork to achieve reimbursable sales.
