Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Host to join our team at Chili's Grill & Bar. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your warm smile, friendly demeanor, and exceptional communication skills will make our guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Welcome: Greet every guest with a warm welcome, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Wait List Management: Effectively manage the wait list, keeping guests informed and engaged.
  • Communication: Communicate guest concerns to the Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless service.
  • Phone Management: Answer the phone within three rings, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
  • Team Support: Assist fellow Team Members when necessary, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

  • Attitude: Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, always ready to greet with a smile.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Able to work in a standing position for long periods, safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
