Responsibilities:- Lead the Endpoint Security Services department to ensure the protection of endpoints and data.
- Align the department with the company's information security strategy and business mandate.
- Implement, develop, and optimize managed security services to ensure endpoint protection.
- Coordinate with customers and business areas to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Evaluate new technologies and methods for integration into the existing service architecture.
- Develop and optimize team methodology and processes to meet customer requirements.
- Promote collaboration between service management, architecture, and operations.
- Provide information and consultation to top management, clients, and stakeholders.
- Lead top specialists and ensure professional and disciplinary leadership.
- Studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- 6 years of experience in enterprise services management, ideally in the public sector and Bundeswehr environment.
- Extensive knowledge in financial planning and calculation of services.
- Experience with public tenders.
- Good leadership qualities and experience in leading teams.
- ITIL certification (foundation level) desirable.
