We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Health Services Coordinator in Del Valle ISD (TX). This role is responsible for providing health services to students, promoting health education, and managing administrative functions.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited professional nursing education program, a valid registered nurse license in Texas, and certification in CPR and vision, hearing, and spinal screening. They will be expected to coordinate medication administration, provide prescribed medical treatments, and review immunization records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide health services to students, including first aid, wound care, and other medical needs
- Promote health education and preventive health practices among students and staff
- Manage administrative functions, such as student records, attendance, and reporting
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in committees and contribute to district-wide health initiatives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited professional nursing education program
- A valid registered nurse license in Texas

Compensation and Benefits:
