We are seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team in Austin, TX. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will develop accurate schedules using industry practices and insight from project team members. You will also update project schedules in accordance with company procedures and industry best practices. This includes communicating results to the project team and suggesting actions when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining project schedules using industry practices and tools.
  • Collaborating with project teams to identify and mitigate schedule risks.
  • Providing schedule guidance to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Reviewing and analyzing project schedules to ensure compliance with company procedures and industry best practices.
  • Preparing and presenting regular schedule reports to project management.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Science or higher university degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project scheduling, including developing baseline schedules, incorporating subcontractor schedules, and analyzing project progress.
  • Excellent knowledge of Primavera scheduling software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to travel domestically as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project planning experience.
  • Working knowledge of other scheduling software (MS Project, NetPoint, etc.).
  • Earned Value Management experience.
  • Experience with schedule analytic software (SmartPM, Acumen Fuse, etc.).
  • Experience with 4D/BIM Synchro software.
  • Professional Scheduler Certification from PMI (PMI-SP) or AACE (PSP).
