Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in recreation or activities within a nursing home setting is preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care for residents
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the public
