As our Controller, you will be at the forefront of our financial strategy, providing essential guidance to ensure the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Leadership: Lead and manage the finance department, ensuring smooth operations in general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting.
  2. Cost Management: Oversee and regularly review Standard Costs (Material, Labor, Overhead, and Inventory), providing actionable insights to improve cost efficiency.
  3. Team Development: Mentor, grow, and lead a high-performing finance team.
  4. Policy Innovation: Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure integrity and compliance.
  5. Data-Driven Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, tracking key performance metrics to provide actionable insights for company leadership.
  6. Leadership Reporting: Prepare and present clear, insightful financial results to senior management, guiding strategic decisions.
  7. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with department heads, using financial data to influence and drive business strategies.
  8. Financial Modeling: Develop financial models that support our strategic goals, providing clear pathways to growth and improvement.
  9. Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the development of annual budgets and forecasting to ensure accurate and forward-looking financial planning.
  10. Audit Management: Ensure precision in all financial reporting to meet organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
