Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and enhance overall manufacturing performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and facilitate improvement projects, including data analysis, root cause identification, and solution implementation.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to production teams to ensure effective implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, operations management, or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
