The selected candidate will engage in a broad range of analytical and specialized accounting tasks, including the maintenance of records and systems, generating financial reports for different stakeholders, and assisting with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Cost Accounting.
This individual should demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
This position plays a crucial role in advancing our financial strategy, offering opportunities for professional growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute general accounting functions, encompassing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile financial transactions.
- Conduct financial analyses and provide insights for enhancing financial performance.
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
- Oversee the fixed asset management system.
- Assist with property tax and sales tax submissions.
- Prepare and disseminate financial reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and participate in month-end, quarter-end, and annual closing activities.
- Conduct account reconciliations, variance analyses, and various accrual calculations.
- Support both Internal and External audit processes.
- Perform regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned.
