Key Responsibilities:

* Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage financial plans and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial reporting to senior management, including financial statements, forecasts, and analysis.
* Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to ensure timely payment of bills and maintain a healthy cash position.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the organization's assets.
* Taxation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, and manage tax planning and optimization.
* Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives.
* Cost Control and Profitability Analysis: Analyze and optimize costs to improve profitability and drive business growth.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred).
* 2-5 years of experience in finance management, with proven leadership experience.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and tax compliance.
* Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Note: This is a 5-day in-office role. We are open to domestic relocation. Only US citizens authorized to work in the US will be considered for the role; H1-B visa transfers will not be accepted.
