Job Summary:

Yale New Haven Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide professional social work services to patients, families, and social work consultation to our teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide social work clinical practice, interacting professionally with diverse individuals and groups.
  • Maintain and enhance your knowledge base and skill set through educational opportunities and meet expectations set forth by the State licensure, Hospital, and departmental standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree from an accredited School of Social Work.
  • Minimum of one field placement from an accredited School of Social Work.
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) from the State of Connecticut, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the State of Rhode Island, or those holding licenses from other states, will need an 'endorsement' and meet the State of Connecticut or Rhode Island license requirements.
