As an experienced RF/Radar systems specialist, you will have the chance to contribute to various projects across Toyon's diverse product areas, including Antenna/RF, RF Products, Advanced Algorithms, Autonomous Systems, and Aerospace Systems.

Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience, or a significant portion thereof:
- An advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, with at least one of the following:
- Ph.D. with a focus on RF sensor systems;
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree accompanied by 5 or more years of relevant radar/RF systems experience.
- Proficiency in various aspects of electronic support (ES), electronic attack (EA), and electronic protection (EP) systems;
- Fundamental understanding of estimation, sensor fusion processes, and the design of such systems;
- Domain expertise in the analysis and application of advanced RF system characteristics, including:
- Direction-finding (DF), subspace processing, and waveform design;
- Space-Time Adaptive Processing (STAP) / Space-Frequency Adaptive Processing (SFAP);
- Monostatic, Bistatic, and Multistatic Radar Systems;
- Low-Observable (LO) systems and Radar Cross Section (RCS) design.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to think independently and creatively;
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team of experts from various disciplines.
Creativity, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to develop and analyze complex systems are essential attributes for this role.

The annual salary range for the Senior RF and Radar Systems Specialist position is $110,000 to $160,000.
The provided salary range serves as guidance for annual base compensation for the position, excluding overtime, bonuses, and benefits-related compensation, based on a range of qualifications that may align with hiring objectives. Toyon Research Corporation will evaluate each candidate's education, work experience, applicable knowledge, skills, and training, among other factors, when preparing an employment offer.
