About the Role:

Raytheon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our Electronic Warfare (EW) Electronic Support (ES) Systems Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and cost-effective EW solutions to support the Advanced Airborne RF (AARF) business area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain system requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and verifiable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and system performance is optimized.
  • Design and implement system architectures, leveraging Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and digital thread concepts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead technical teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and five (5) years of professional experience.
  • Experience with systems design and requirements engineering on EW/Radar programs.
  • Strong knowledge of RF and microwave modules, as well as digital engineering and DevSecOps principles.
  • Active and transferable Secret security clearance, with U.S. citizenship required.
