Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize lead conversion by effectively scheduling appointments with potential customers.
  • Utilize insights gained from our extensive training program to successfully manage customer leads.
  • Initiate outbound calls to follow up on digital advertisement leads.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from various lead generation sources.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers via phone and email.
  • Verify customer information for accuracy and assess availability for in-home consultations.
  • Address and overcome any objections related to scheduling or costs to facilitate timely consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Foster teamwork through reliability and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to sales systems and processes.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Exhibits strong active listening skills and thoughtful responses.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on task completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and accountable for achieving business objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
