Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Perform month-end closing and journal entry posting.
  • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manage the General Ledger and Inventory Control.
  • Conduct cycle counts, fiscal inventory, and standard cost updates.
  • Prepare error-free accounting reports and present results.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
  • Analyze trial balances and perform other business analysis as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of GAAP.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in corporate reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAGE a plus).
  • Knowledge of Hyperion.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

  • Understand the need for integrity and demonstrate awareness of ethical implications.
