About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader who can oversee daily operations, manage inventory and supply levels, and maintain a clean and safe store environment. As an Executive Retail Leader, you will be responsible for teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to the store crew members to achieve unit goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.">
  • Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.">
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to Braum's store policies and practices.">
  • Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members to achieve unit goals.">
  • Enhance customer-centric culture through consistent guest service and food quality.">
  • Work schedule varies based on a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week.">

  • 3-5 years of experience running, managing, and leading a retail store unit.">
  • An Associate's Degree or some college education is preferred.">
  • You must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver License.">
