Job SummaryRubric Behavioral and Educational Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in the Arlington/Alexandria area. Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working with the neurodivergent population and hold a Registered Behavior Technician certification. We prioritize candidates who share our commitment to providing ethical, anti-ableist, and client-centered services.
Responsibilities1. Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home with clients2. Implement BCBA-directed behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programming3. Generalize behavioral therapy principles to various settings and situations4. Collect accurate data and required documentation5. Demonstrate empathy and flexibility
Requirements1. High school diploma or equivalent2. Experience implementing ABA therapy3. Registered Behavior Technician certification4. Active driver's license5. Active CPR/First aid certificate (or ability to procure within 30 days of employment)6. Strong written and oral communication skills
