We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Showroom Coordinator to join our West Coast team at Place Showroom.
Job SummaryThe Showroom Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a pristine showroom by ensuring sales tools and sample collections are up to date and ready for appointments. This includes receiving samples, steaming, tagging, and hanging them, as well as working closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure drops are pulled from the line and only OTS styles are hanging when applicable.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all brands represented and samples in the storage room.
- Work closely with the Showroom Manager to ensure the showroom is always ready for appointments.
- Receive and process samples, including checking in, steaming, tagging, and hanging.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure drops are pulled from the line and only OTS styles are hanging when applicable.
- Manage Fashion GPS and act as an Account Executive when needed during markets and trade shows.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Fashion GPS software and/or similar sample tracking programs.
- Experience working in a showroom environment.
The Showroom Coordinator must be able to maintain a standing position up to 70% of the workday, kneel, bend, stoop, and reach regularly, and lift up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license is also required.
Salary Range$21-23/hr commensurate with experience.
