Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process ticket sales for various events, accurately operating the Ticketmaster computer ticketing system.
- Research and resolve ticketing issues, including will call and account sales.
- Accept payments via cash or credit card, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift, ensuring accurate financial records.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in ticketing or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a credit and criminal background check.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team setting. The successful candidate will be able to work in a standing position for extended periods, with frequent walking and bending.
