As a Retail Store Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales floor operations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide a warm and friendly greeting to every customer, maintain eye contact, and offer assistance as needed.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process cash, checks, and credit card transactions while following company policies and procedures.
- Sales Floor Operations: Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing information, and complete inventory management tasks as directed by the store manager.
- Team Support: Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development.
- CVS Services: Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
- Age: At least 16 years old.
- Physical Requirements: Remaining upright on the feet, lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, and visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and reading.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
