Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and management of logistics for both CFR-hosted and rental events.
  • Collaborate with event stakeholders, including facilities and audio-visual teams, to manage timelines, menu selections, room arrangements, and technical requirements. Act as the primary planner for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, which may require flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
  • Facilitate the audio-visual and logistical aspects of virtual events, ensuring all details are meticulously handled from inception to completion.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Event Management team on various projects, including event scheduling, catering arrangements, and client interactions.
  • Maintain a courteous, professional, and cooperative demeanor when interacting with staff, vendors, and guests.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in hospitality, event management, communications, or marketing is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in corporate event planning, catering, or hospitality is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including early mornings, late evenings, and during adverse weather conditions.
  • Physical capability to lift equipment and furniture as required.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
