SIGNING BONUS:
$2500

COMPENSATION:
$70,000-$90,000 annually

OVERVIEW:
PATH IHC is seeking a dedicated and fully licensed clinician to enhance our adolescent day treatment program. Our focus is on supporting at-risk youth facing various challenges in both day treatment and intensive outpatient settings.

This role involves direct engagement with adolescents aged 12-17 in both individual and group therapy sessions, as well as collaboration with their families and caregivers.

As a vital member of our team, you will manage your own caseload while working alongside a diverse group of professionals, including clinicians, medical providers, and behavioral managers. We prioritize ongoing training, clinical meetings, and weekly support sessions to combat burnout.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate the therapeutic development of adolescent clients and their families.

  • Oversee a caseload of 5-8 individual clients and conduct group therapy for up to 12 participants.

  • Deliver clinical counseling, perform diagnostic assessments, and prepare comprehensive treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults.

  • Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy in a supportive, stigma-free atmosphere.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to create tailored treatment plans ensuring holistic client care.

  • Engage in continuous professional development to remain updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

  • Promote mental health awareness and equitable access to services within the community.

  • Respect and honor the cultural diversity, religious beliefs, and personal values of clients and their families in alignment with our mission.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Licensure:
Must hold one of the following licenses: LMFT, LCSW, or CMHC.

Experience/Skills:
A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to work under stress and manage irregular hours. Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use are necessary.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for professional interactions with clients and colleagues.

Technical Skills:
Competency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and telemedicine services is required, along with fine motor skills for various tasks.

All candidates must pass federal and state background checks, and their educational and professional history will be verified in accordance with company policies.
