Overview: PATH Integrated Health is seeking a dedicated Youth Therapist for our Adolescent Treatment Program. This position is designed for professionals who are committed to assisting at-risk adolescents aged 12-17 through individual and group therapy sessions, while also engaging with their families. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the therapeutic development of adolescent clients and their families
  • Oversee a diverse caseload of individual and group therapy sessions
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a nurturing setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
  • Participate in ongoing professional growth
  • Advocate for mental health awareness within the community

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health or Social Work
  • Valid Utah license (CSW or ACMHC)
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems
