Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Minimum one year of sales and/or customer service experience, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong math skills, including the ability to count cash and perform basic arithmetic calculations.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and evaluate complex information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience in sales, retail, banking, or collections.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including consumer lending and credit.
  • Ability to negotiate payment terms and effectively communicate loan requirements.
