Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Ochsner Health. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted corporate sales and marketing plans to stimulate growth of our services and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans to expand our services and programs
  • Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing and business leaders to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business results and activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare sales
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and market analysis
  • Experience with sales and marketing software and tools
