This role involves overseeing all facets of the planning and execution of designated projects, acting as the primary liaison for these initiatives. The individual will guide projects from initial idea through to successful completion, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and performance metrics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees, organizes, and evaluates projects from inception to execution. Serves as the main contact to define key stakeholder needs and project goals.
- Implements project management frameworks and methodologies to guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, within financial constraints, and meet quality benchmarks and leadership expectations using suitable tools.
- Engages with internal stakeholders of assigned projects to provide updates and collect feedback related to project progress.
- Manages multiple projects concurrently.
- Conducts preliminary and final cost analysis for project teams and leadership.
- Develops strategic options and recommendations to facilitate critical decision-making.
- Monitors expenses and performance metrics to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Acts as a resource for project managers and leaders, offering guidance on project management processes and potential improvements.
- Performs additional tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management program is preferred.
- Experience in conducting discovery sessions, drafting requirements, and fostering relationships.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in multitasking.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
