Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, social, behavioral, and mental status to identify needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Implementation and Evaluation: Implement nursing care plans and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Education and Training: Provide health education and training to patients and families to promote healthy behaviors and self-care.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse in a medical/surgical setting.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in electronic medical records.
This is a night shift position, requiring the ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays. The Registered Professional Nurse will be required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, as well as lift and move patients as needed.
