Position Overview

Requirements:
- 2-6 years of relevant experience; at least 2 years in design for residential land development, with a preference for experience in single-family and master-planned developments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in a variety of civil and site land development and municipal infrastructure projects.
- Prepare design plans, calculations, and reports.
- Conduct necessary calculations for grading, drainage, stormwater management, water quality, domestic water distribution, and other underground utilities.
- Develop and issue drawings, design documentation, and reports for both residential and commercial land development projects.
- Coordinate the acquisition of local, state, and federal permits related to land development and utility construction.
- Ensure compliance with zoning requirements and municipal regulations.
