We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Hospice Nurse to join our team at AdvisaCare. As an On-Call Nurse, you will be responsible for triaging patient calls, making patient visits, performing tuck-ins, and conducting admissions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage patient calls and respond accordingly
  • Make patient visits to assess and provide care
  • Perform tuck-ins and admissions as required
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Current Michigan RN License in good standing
  • 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required
  • Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
  • Ability to adapt to patient's status and needs on a weekend on-call basis
