About the Position

Hardware Hawaii is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for a full-time position as a Procurement and Accounts Clerk.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating procurement activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing exceptional customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

This position requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating procurement activities, including ordering supplies and materials
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Providing exceptional customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, including purchasing and accounting teams
  • Maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information

**Requirements**

  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and financial software

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
