Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Backroom Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and supply chain management, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and processing shipments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Receiving merchandise, organizing, and maintaining the Receiving area.
- Tracking and processing claims by returning damaged goods and handling liquidation merchandise.
- Maintaining safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- Forklift Certification or obtain within 30 days of job entry date.
- Be at least 18 years old.
