Your Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our global marketing team within the fast-paced Construction ERP division, focusing on marketing initiatives for prospects and clients in the US. You will lead the US marketing strategy and execution, showcasing a natural ability to generate leads through various channels, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), events, content creation, paid media, digital public relations, and search engine optimization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and ensuring the successful achievement of marketing pipeline objectives in the US for our Construction products, particularly the COINS product, with a focus on significant quarter-on-quarter growth.
- Monitoring and optimizing digital pipeline performance to meet order intake goals that support business expansion.
- Creating and implementing digital marketing strategies aimed at key accounts to generate leads and enhance awareness and engagement.
- Overseeing demand and lead generation activities across various marketing channels, including ABM, paid media, SEO, email campaigns, webinars, events, and digital PR.
- Conceptualizing, refining, and executing campaigns and messaging to improve lead generation in the current quarter.
- Collaborating with the digital team to enhance user experiences on our website, focusing on conversion optimization.
- Conducting comprehensive analyses of marketing channels, lead quality, and order intake gaps to identify areas for performance enhancement.
- Partnering with sales to boost lead volume and equip them with effective content.
- Working with the broader Construction team to align on global marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience as a growth marketer in a B2B demand generation role within a software organization, preferably with knowledge of the construction industry.
- Demonstrated success in executing integrated marketing plans that meet business KPIs.
- Expertise in managing digital marketing funnels, including target audience identification, outreach strategies, and messaging.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Marketo and Google Analytics.
- Hands-on experience in delivering marketing initiatives and developing growth-oriented marketing plans.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make informed recommendations on marketing investments for optimal ROI.
Preferred Skills:
- A proactive approach to making an impact and challenging conventional methods to achieve targets.
- Creative skills to effectively communicate software benefits to decision-makers.
- Experience in managing and influencing various internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to drive cross-functional execution amidst competing priorities.
- Confidence in collaborating with senior stakeholders, particularly in Sales, to develop and implement growth strategies.
