The role of the Restoration Team Coordinator at Apex Restoration DKI encompasses the management and coordination of various projects. This position serves as the main liaison for clients, organizes site evaluations, oversees contracts and financial transactions, manages Accounts Receivables, participates in project discussions, and ensures meticulous record-keeping and equipment oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective project management with a focus on detail and completion
- Excellent communication, collaboration, precision, conflict resolution, and time management abilities
- Capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in diverse computer applications
- Fostering positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and adjusters
- Exhibiting high levels of integrity in all responsibilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential on-call duties during emergencies
- Additional tasks as required
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in construction is advantageous
- Knowledge of PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate is beneficial
- Possession of a valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
- No felony convictions
Compensation Package:
- Hourly Rate: $18.00 plus commission
- Commission structure available following a 90-day period and positive performance review
