About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled OutSystems Architect to join our team at Saxon Global. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software applications using OutSystems, a leading Low Code Application Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze technology environments and create solution prototypes to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Drive consultations with internal customers to understand business and technical requirements for projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Convey technical concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.
  • Participate in the development of new offerings and innovation in the modernization space, leveraging your expertise to drive business success.
  • Work collaboratively across business and IT organizations to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
  • Problem-solve, prioritize, and manage projects using Agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery and maximum value.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing project status and deliverables, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a similar technical field of study.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and developing software applications as a Tech Lead or Application/Solution Architect.
  • 8+ years of software development experience, preferably with HTML, CSS, JavaScript,.Net, Java, C#, JQuery, or similar technologies.
Technical Skills
  • 2+ years of experience developing applications on OutSystems or similar Low Code Application Platforms.
  • 1+ years of experience building business logic via API.
  • One or more OutSystems certifications.
  • Strong experience in developing web applications.
  • Knowledge of relational data modeling principles and experience building database objects using E-R modeling tools.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX Design principles and ability to build prototypes.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Language.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline.
  • Experience using Atlassian tools, JIRA, and Confluence.
