OutSystems Architect

Job Title: OutSystems Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled OutSystems Architect to join our team at Saxon Global. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software applications using OutSystems and other Low-Code Application Platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze technology environment and create solution prototypes
• Drive consultations with internal customers to understand business and technical requirements for projects
• Convey technical concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical people
• Participate in the development of new offerings and innovation in the modernization space
• Work collaboratively across business and IT organizations
• Problem-solve, prioritize, and manage projects using Agile methodology
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing project status and deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or similar technical field of study
• 2+ years of experience designing and development of software applications as a Tech Lead or Application/Solution Architect
• 8+ years of software development experience (preferably with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .Net, Java, C#, JQuery or similar technologies)
• 2+ years of experience developing application on OutSystems or similar Low Code Application Platform
• 1+ years of experience building business logic via API
• One or more OutSystems certifications
• Strong experience in developing web applications
• Knowledge of relational data modeling principles and experience building database objects using E-R modeling tools
• Knowledge of UI/UX Design principles and ability to build prototypes
• Strong knowledge of SQL Language
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline
• Experience using Atlassian tools, JIRA and Confluence
