OutSystem Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled OutSystem Architect to join our team at Saxon Global. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cloud-based software applications using OutSystems and other low-code platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze technology environments and create solution prototypes to drive business growth and innovation.
• Drive consultations with internal customers to understand business and technical requirements for projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Convey technical concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Participate in the development of new offerings and innovation in the modernization space, leveraging expertise in cloud-based software development and low-code platforms.
• Work collaboratively across business and IT organizations to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.
• Problem-solve, prioritize, and manage projects using Agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing project status and deliverables, driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a similar technical field of study.
• 2+ years of experience designing and developing software applications as a Tech Lead or Application/Solution Architect.
• 8+ years of software development experience, preferably with HTML, CSS, JavaScript,.Net, Java, C#, JQuery, or similar technologies.
• 2+ years of experience developing applications on OutSystems or similar Low-Code Application Platforms.
• 1+ years of experience building business logic via API.
• One or more OutSystems certifications.
• Strong experience in developing web applications.
• Knowledge of relational data modeling principles and experience building database objects using E-R modeling tools.
• Knowledge of UI/UX Design principles and ability to build prototypes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Language.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience using Atlassian tools, JIRA, and Confluence.
